Senior Consultant, Collins Barrow Durham Consultants Inc.

Located in Courtice Ontario, Collins Barrow Durham Consultants Inc., an affiliate of Collins Barrow Durham LLP, is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead their Consulting practice. The position reports directly to the President but will work closely with the other Partners.

The Position

Leading a team of 2/3 professionals he / she will have overall responsibility to build, over time, a robust consulting practice which will enable Collins Barrow Durham to provide a more integrated offering of services to both new and existing clients.

Candidates

The candidate will be a proven leader with a solid ‘book of business’ which will represent the foundation for making an immediate contribution to Collins Barrow Durham Consultants Inc. We are seeking a highly skilled professional, who has acquired the ability to identify solid business prospects, develop successful business proposals and deliver profitable (high margin) projects. Specifically, we are looking for:

• A senior consultant with a solid level of (8-10 years) of progressive consulting experience. A  heavy emphasis on continuous business development (private sector), superior client focus and  first-rate project management and project delivery skills;

• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and to work collegially with a very egalitarian approach with other members of the team and other Collins Barrow offices. A relationship builder with a  strong ability to build relationships with fellow colleagues and clients;

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. Strength in people management, including executive coaching and motivational skill.
