Our Code of Ethics

In dealing with its clients and candidates, corso, mould + associates adheres to a code of ethics which goes beyond the conduct prescribed in the laws governing human rights and in the Code of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants

Our Responsibilities to the Client

  • We will advise clients of any potential conflict of interest before undertaking recruiting assignment.
  • We will only accept engagements where the client’s requirements are clearly understood and well defined.
  • We will ensure complete confidentiality of our client’s information, plans and intellectual assets.
  • We will put forward only suitable candidates who have been interviewed and assessed carefully and who are judged to meet the requirements of the position description and candidate profile.
  • We will not solicit applications from candidates we have placed.
  • We will not solicit applications from employees of an organization which has been a client within the past year.

Our Responsibilities to the Candidate

  • We will treat all applicants, whether solicited or unsolicited, with courtesy and respect.
  • We will ensure prompt regular and complete communication with candidates throughout the assignment and advise them in a timely and constructive fashion when they are no longer in the running for an appointment.
  • We will ensure that any management assessments and psychological tests which may be conducted will be interpreted by qualified professionals, and relevant feedback will be given to the candidate.
  • We will restrict all personal information, including assessments, to the client.
  • We will not verify references without the candidate’s permission.
